The Path to Anxiety Freedom


Are you tired of fighting against negative emotions and feeling like you’re not making any progress? In this episode, I speak about the concept of surrendering negative emotions to achieve anxiety freedom. Enjoy!

Surrendering means to stop fighting and frantically searching for anxiety solutions, and to allow any outcome to arise without resistance. Surrendering is a conscious act, but it doesn’t require force or push. It can be connected to allowing, letting go, and surrendering

I further highlight the importance of having a relationship with a higher power or source energy to make surrendering easier. However, I don’t want to engage in the debate about which religion or spirituality practice is better. I believe that every person will be guided towards what they believe is the best fit for them.

In this episode, I emphasize that everyone is in a different stage of their journey towards anxiety freedom, and some may need conscious skill sets to reach the point of surrendering.
